During the event, we offer a selection of exclusive VIP experiences and side events at various locations in the ski resort. Those working in the VIP and Side Events section are responsible for ensuring a first-class experience for our guests through a range of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing the setup and takedown of interior decorations at the different venues.
- Handling reorganization and adjustment of setups as needed during the event.
- Providing food and drink service in the bar and contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
- Hosting VIP guests, providing information, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Checking tickets and accreditation at the entrance to the VIP areas.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in VIP areas throughout the event, ensuring a presentable and comfortable setting.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of side events related to the main event.
Qualifications:
- A good mood, service-minded, and approachable with guests.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
